Production of modificators for metallurgical industry

METAL SPEED s.r.o. – specializes in production of chemical agents used in melting of pure Al and its alloys in metallurgical plants and foundries in Poland,Czech Republic,Slovakia. In cooperation with similar producers in Germany,Italy and Austria,we selected the most favourables compositions of modificators for each grade of Al-alloys,eg. Al-Si and Al –Mg- Si. Our service departments prepared also the pouring and solidification conditions.These data save energy consumation and costs in each factory. The comparison of our results show that METAL SPEED -products are comparable with the products of LSM,HOESCH and SCHAFER. The main ares of our delivery are deoxidizers,grain-refining,master alloys,refining slags and chemicals for reducing of magnesium and calcium from liquid alloys.All our chemicals satisfy the environment condition in European countries. Our engineers and consultants are in service in introducing METAL SPEED – products to the practice.They organize also seminars and conferences for several branches our customers. According to the previous cooperation with our customers we provide import-export coordination directly from the warehouses in Czech Republic.
